Working for Knowsley Children’s Services

Knowsley is the smallest borough in Merseyside (only 33.4 square miles) but over 30% of our children live in income-deprived families. An average of 350 children are on child-in-need plans, 200 children are on child protection plans and 300 children are classed as looked-after children. There is always a lot of work to be done – but what drives us is enabling our children and young people to thrive.
